Our family and office has enjoyed participating in Ragnar events for several years. We have loved participating as family and friends in the adventure of running some 180 miles together! A Ragnar race is an extended relay race, where runners hand off the baton to teammates, over the course of a couple of days to complete the distance. The Wasatch Back Ragnar is a team running event which begins in Logan, Utah and runs some 188 miles, ending in Park City, Utah. The Mormon Miracle Pageant is held annually in Manti, Utah. It is a magnificent presentation of the restoration of the gospel, the witness of the Book of Mormon, and the journey of the faithful pioneers to the Sanpete valley. 2010 welcomes the first St. George Ford Ironman Triathlon on May 1st. A 100-mile-long bicycle ride (not race) throughout Washington County with routes to Gunlock State Park, Veyo, Snow Canyon State Park, and Bloomington.
